We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, including for the duration of your chosen capsule timelines (which may span decades). You may request deletion of your active account data by contacting us, subject to legal requirements and the sealed nature of capsules.
No Refunds and Financial Notes
Century Sealed LLC is not a financial institution, bank, investment platform, or non-profit organization. All contributions are voluntary and governed by our Terms of Service, which state that all payments and contributions are final and non-refundable.

You may:
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Exercise any additional rights available under Utah law or other applicable privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA if you are a California resident).
